Returns

Any unopened and unused items purchased online from Montague Latch Company may be returned for refund at customer's expense within 15 days from date of purchase. Refunds will be given for material only, freight will not be refunded. In the event that the item received does not match the item ordered, please return the item freight prepaid. We will refund the percentage of the shipping charges that correspond to the item shipped in error and we will ship the correct item at no charge. In all other cases shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from Montague Latch Company clearly marked on the outside of the box and on the invoice. Any package returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Any unauthorized or opened items that are returned will  have have a 15% restocking fee subtracted from the material refund.
