All Domestic orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS).  Our standard shipping method is Ground; however, other (UPS) shipping options are available and can be selected at checkout.  International orders also have additional shipping methods available. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item ordered not on the dollar amount of the order and include shipping insurance. (See Claims) In the event that an address correction is required by the carrier your credit card will be charged accordingly.  For Domestic orders the address correction fee is $8.00 and for International orders the address correction fee is $12.00. CANCELLATIONS Upon your request, we will make every attempt to cancel your order prior to shipping; however, we cannot guarantee that your order will not ship as scheduled.  For orders that have shipped please follow our return policy.
